Division of work: Being mainly responsible for scientific and technological work, construction of academic ethics, management of WUT Xiangyang Demonstration Zone, and WUT Hainan Research Institute, WUT’s affiliated enterprises, keeping in contact with the University Academic Committee, and being responsible for the related work of the joint construction of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Transport.
