Division of work: Being mainly responsible for financial work, state-owned asset management, laboratory construction and management, political and security affairs, public security and fire protection, infrastructure development, logistical services and support, procurement and bid management, network and information security assurance, the construction of the teaching public service system, healthcare and assistance in management of the auditing work.
