Division of work: Mainly responsible for infrastructure development, logistical services and support, social cooperation, the work of the Education Development Foundation and fundraising, alumni affairs, industry council liaison, and healthcare. Also oversees development planning and discipline construction. Liaising with the auto industry board as part of the portfolio.
