Introduction: The 6th International Workshop on Autonomous Remanufacturing (IWAR 2022) is organized by Wuhan University of Technology (China) and the University of Birmingham (UK). This forum invited Professor Duc Truong Pham (University of Birmingham), Follow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, Professor Zhang Wei, Dean of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Institute of Remanufacturing Industry Technology, and Professor Shahin Rahimifard, Center for Sustainable Manufacturing and Recycling Technologies, Loughborough University, the UK, as well as 17 experts and scholars from universities and enterprises in China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Malaysia, Indonesia and other countries to give keynote reports.
