Biography: Janine Cossy is a professor at the École Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielles de la Ville de Paris (ESPCI Paris) and an associate editor of the journal Organic Letters. She has published over 500 SCI-indexed papers. Her main research interests include free radical reactions, photochemical reactions, and the total synthesis of biologically active natural products, such as anticancer agents, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, and compounds acting on the central nervous system.
