Biography: Fan Aihua is a Distinguished Professor at the University of Picardie (France), a Hongyi Distinguished Professor at Wuhan University, and a Wallenberg Visiting Professor in Sweden. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Paris-Sud (now the University of Paris-Saclay). He has been selected for several national high-level talent programs. He previously served as Head of the Probability and Ergodic Theory Research Unit at the LAMFA Laboratory of the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS), and as an invited reviewer for the General Program and Key Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has also been a review expert for the Discipline Evaluation of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education’s Science and Technology Achievement Awards. His main research interests include dynamical systems and ergodic theory, Fourier analysis, geometric measure theory, probability theory, and random chaos.
