Biography: Karl Ziemelis is the current Chief Physical Sciences Editor of Nature. He manages a team of 16 Associate and Senior Editors who are responsible for Nature’s output of original research papers in the physical sciences and engineering, including astronomy, physics, materials, chemistry, Earth and environmental sciences.
