Recently, the Publicity Department of CPC, together with the Ministry of Education, jointly released the results of“2020 the Most Beautiful College Counselors” and “2020 the Most Beautiful College Students” competition. Jin Min, a professor from the School of Law, Humanities and Sociology of WUT was awarded the honorary title “the Most Beautiful College Counselor”.

During the epidemic period, Jin Min, guarding her students, stepped forward at their most helpless time, coordinated different resources, and propped up the boat of life;She encouraged 312 graduate students to battle against the epidemic, giving full play to their professional advantages, taking root in the region, and carrying out professional anti-epidemic actions.

Over six months, nearly 200 days and nights, Jin Min was like a combatant without a moment's pause. She checked the health condition of students and noticed any changes of students’ thoughts in time every day. Even through the screen, she always knew the all-round situation of students.

In the employment campaign, she exerted all her energy to help graduates in all sectors, including resumes making, interview training , psychological counseling and social adjustment education. The one-time employment rate of graduates reached 96%, which was a satisfactory answer.

It is reported that, starting from 2019, the Ministry of Education together with the Publicity Department of the CPC central committee  select 10 “the Most Beautiful College Counselors” among the previous in-service college counselors of the year, so as to vigorously cultivated and selected role models from college counselors in the new era.
