On December 9th, the party leading group of the Ministry of Education announced the personnel decision in Wuhan University of Technology—Yang Zongkai was appointed as the president of Wuhan University of Technology; Zhang Qingjie no longer served as president of Wuhan University of Technology. Tian Xuejun (the member of the party leading group and vice minister of the Ministry of Education) and comrades in charge of the Organization Department of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee attended the meeting and made speeches.
