On the morning of May 14, 2025 World Digital Education Alliance General and the First Council Meeting were released in Wuhan International Conference and Exhibition Center, held by World Digital Education Alliance (WDEA). Yang Zongkai, President of Wuhan University of Technology (WUT), attended the meetings on behalf of WUT, the inaugural council member of WDEA.

WUT attends World Digital Education Alliance General Assembly Meeting and the First Council Meeting

Since its establishment in 2024, WDEA has provided support for alliance members to held multilevel and multifield exchanges, which works to improve the members’ information sharing, resource sharing and knowledge sharing in digit education. It has received enthusiastic responses from home and abroad. There are 115 members in total until the end of April, 2025, including international organizations, colleges, scientific research institutes and leading enterprises from 43 nations and regions, which covers the whole ecology of the chains of education, industry and innovation.
