Positions (Part of) of the WUT 15551 Excellent Talent Program

The chair professors of disciplines: leading scholars in relevant disciplines with noble  teacher’s ethics, able to manage a team and develop the area.

Talents in scientific and technological innovation: competent in basic science research, scientific and technological innovation, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and so on.

Outstanding young talents: With a stable research direction, solid research foundation, and great development potential. Under the age of 40 (including 40) for top-level positions, and the age of 35 (including 35) for second-level positions.

Professors (Researchers) Recruit Globally

Well-known professors (researchers) at home and abroad, highly recognized by peer experts.

Full professors, vice professors, or researchers holding similar positions in  internationally famous overseas university (research institutes)

Prestigious professors (researchers) from a domestically noted university (research institutes)

All of the candidates above should be under the age of 50 (including 50).

Postdoctoral Faculty /Tenure-Track Teaching Faculty

Doctoral candidates from renowned universities at home and abroad or postdoctoral researchers with at least 2 years of research experience. Strong skills in both researching and teaching, solid research foundation, and great potential are required. Under the age of 35 (including 35) for doctoral candidates. Under the age of 38 (including 38) for postdoctoral candidates.

The tenure-track teaching faculty are generally teaching-oriented.

Postdoctoral Candidates

Doctoral or postdoctoral candidates who have obtained their doctorate within 3 years from reputable universities (research institutions) at home and abroad or “Double First-Class” universities of China, with good research progress and innovative academic achievements during the doctoral or postdoctoral period. The candidates should be under the age of 35 (including 35).
